JYJ’s Kim Jun Su showed off his power in ticket sales.
The first ticket sales for Kim’s musical Das Musical Elisabeth was held on November 22 at 10 a.m. And the tickets for the performances, in which Kim will appear, sold out.
The production company for the musical, EMK Musical, says, “We started selling tickets three months prior to the first performance. But tickets for 9 performances, in which Kim will appear, sold out in 10 minutes.”
Tickets for the musical Mozart!, which was performed last year, also sold out with Kim’s appearance. He strengthened his position in the musical world.
The musical is one of the biggest hit musicals in Europe. After its first performance in Vienna in 1992, it has had over 9 million viewers and has played in 10 different countries. The musical is based on a real Queen with a new interpretation and fantasy. Worldwide songwriter Sylvester Levay wrote the music for the musical.
Kim will play the role of Tod in the musical and the musical will start performing on February 9 next year through May 13.
